Hi! I'm Stephanie. I'm a career, sales and leadership coach.

My passion is empowering and supporting professionals in refining their skills, finding their flow, and getting what they want. I am a certified life and leadership coaching through the IPEC Coaching School which focuses on how to shift your negative energy to be positive and productive. I have 10 years of Leadership Development, Sales Training and Sales Leadership experience at high growth companies; Groupon and Outcome Health, Head of Sales at Remote Year, AWS and BetterUp. I have 2000+ hours of sales coaching under my belt and have helped hundreds of struggling reps exceed their goals consistently.

 

I have a simple approach to working clients: 1. Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities 2. Explore mindset issues that may be a blocker to performance 3. Develop skills, build tactics and understand the WHY behind your process 4. Build an accountability plan to change behaviors and commit to change 5. Set and celebrate hitting your goals.

I also offer a unique 'quick coaching' package that allows for you to get specific feedback on a sales call, role play, pitch script or sales situation. You can quickly implement this feedback to build your skills, and get quick results.

 

I have two kids that keeps me laughing, yoga and meditation to keep me centered and a boundless curiosity to keep me learning.

Sales and Leadership Coaching

With 10 years of sales and leadership training I will work with my clients to fill any gaps in technique, behavior and/or mindset. My goal is to get you to show up everyday with full confidence in yourself and your ability to succeed. I am certified in the Sandler methodology of sales and fluent in Challenger, Spin, StregnthsFinders and Crucial Conversations.

Live Coaching (Phone/Zoom)

Let's work together via live coaching session on the phone or zoom! We will meet biweekly for 45min- 1 hr sessions. Free 30 minute intro call to ensure a good fit.
